How dark can window tint be in Montana
Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In Montana, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the film only.

HOW REFLECTIVE CAN THE TINT BE IN MONTANA?
